By creating an account or otherwise using Invorant (the “Service”), operated by El Hassane, RUE 08 N 02 RDC LOT IZDIHAR, BERRECHID, MOROCCO (“Invorant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms are effective as of August 12, 2026.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is associated with one email address; the Service does not currently support account merging.

You may create or join one or more workspaces (organizations) within the Service. Workspace owners can invite teammates and manage their roles (owner, admin, or member), and are responsible for who they grant access to.

By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, authentication, or other security controls.
• Access another workspace's businesses, reports, or account data without authorization.
• Use the Service to publish or transmit content to Google Business Profile — Invorant's Google Business connection is read-only and does not offer this capability today.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including your account, if you violate this section or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service creates risk or legal exposure for Invorant or other users. A workspace owner or admin may similarly remove a member's access to their own workspace at any time.

The Service offers an optional Google account link for sign-in, and a separate Google Business Profile connection used to discover, import, and generate reports on your business locations. The Business Profile connection is read-only: Invorant never writes to or publishes changes on your Google Business Profile. You may disconnect either integration at any time from Settings.

Invorant offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Agency plans, each with different business, scan, and feature limits as described on the Pricing page. Plan limits and included features may change; current terms for each plan are always reflected on the Pricing page and within your account's Billing settings.

Paid plans are billed through one of our third-party payment processors, Stripe or Paddle, depending on how you subscribed. Prices shown on the Pricing page reflect live pricing at the time you view the page. For subscriptions billed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and its own payment terms also apply. Invoices for past payments are available from Settings → Billing.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time — from Settings → Billing → Manage Billing (Stripe subscribers) or from your Paddle receipt/account (Paddle subscribers). Canceling stops future billing; you retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service over time, including plan limits and included features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will make reasonable efforts to reflect that on the Pricing page and within Billing settings before or at the time it takes effect.

Invorant and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service itself — its software, design, and the scoring and reporting methodology it uses — excluding any business or review content that originates from you or from Google. You retain ownership of your own business content and data. You grant Invorant a license to use the Google Business data you connect solely to operate the Service and generate your reports. Reports Invorant generates for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Invorant does not guarantee any specific business outcome, ranking, or result from using the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invorant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
